This comprehensive coaching program is designed for parents who are ready to make a meaningful investment in their own healing and wellbeing over the course of several months. It requires both time and financial commitment and is not covered by insurance.

Please provide a brief overview of your family composition and dynamics. Be sure to include if you are fostering or have adopted, for how long and the ages of your kids as well as any biological children.

How is the stress in your home affecting you personally—emotionally, physically, or spiritually? You may be experiencing an increase of anxiety, anger, fear, frustration or you might notice yourself pulling away, shutting down, exhausted or overwhelmed. You might additionally note somatic (or physical) sensations like tension, increased blood pressure, body aches, etc.

Every parent I talk with has a ‘worst-case fear’ they’re holding inside. What’s one that comes up for you when you think about the future if nothing shifts for you (even if your child(ren) continue to struggle)?
